$500k - Commercial Tenant Improvement

This 3800 square feet of commercial space received some needed updating. A modern break room was added along with a welcoming vestibule and offices space accompanied by a floor plan change with steel studs.

Major changes were made in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical including data and an updated security and fire system.
